Delivery Charges / Order Information

Party Crucial provides a fast and reliable delivery service where all orders can be tracked at any time ensuring customer peace of mind.

All orders of £400.00 and over, excluding VAT are delivered FREE to all UK mainland addresses.

Picking and Packing

Once your order is received, it is picked and prepared for despatched. Once the goods are ready we will send you an email confirming despatch and giving you an expected time of arrival.

Delivery Service

Orders under £400.00, excluding VAT Courier Delivery - £8.95

Your order will usually be despatched within 3 working days and sent on our Next Day Courier Service. Please allow 2 days for the parcel to arrive once you have received your email confirming despatch, it should arrive the day after despatch but we allow an extra day as a caution. All orders can be tracked at any time ensuring peace of mind.

If an item becomes out of stock we will contact you and you can let us know if you want to wait for the item to arrive, select an alternative product or cancel your order.

European & Rest of World Delivery Services

Please contact us with your order or enquiry and we will provide shipping costs accordingly.

Stock Availability

Party Crucial aim to hold stock of all products featured online. If an item is out of stock the system will say this item is out of stock, so you know prior to placing your order that a particular item is not available. On occasions when stock levels are at single units, the stock may not be available when your order is processed for packing and despatch, in this instance we will contact you.
